This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of English Debate Classes (the "Service") provided by SpeekSeed (the "Company"). By applying for and using the Service, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms of Use shall apply between the Company and the user with respect to the use of the Service provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Application and Registration)

  1. A person who wishes to use the Service must confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions, apply for the Service in a manner prescribed by the Company, and obtain the Company's approval.
  2. Minors must obtain the consent of their legal representative (parent or guardian) when applying.

Article 4 (Course Fees and Method of Payment)

  1. In order to use this service, we ask that you pay in advance for the course fee as prescribed by us.
  2. Course fees are non-refundable for any reason. Any non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of registration.
  3. Details regarding course fees and other payments shall be in accordance with the contents of the information materials provided by the Company.

Article 5 (Lesson Schedule and Missed Lessons)

  1. The schedule of lessons will be announced separately to students who have applied.
  2. Detailed regulations regarding absences, substitutions, etc. shall be in accordance with the rules separately stipulated by the Company, to which the user agrees.


Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts. If any of the following acts are confirmed, the Company reserves the right to suspend enrollment or terminate the contract with the user in question.

  • Disturbing other students or instructors
  • Unauthorized use or sabotage of the system
  • Providing false information
  • Other activities that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any difficulties in providing services due to natural disasters, accidents, communication failures, spread of infectious diseases, or other reasons beyond the Company's control.
  2. Although we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the websites, SNS, and other media that we manage and operate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the content, and are not liable for any damages resulting from errors, omissions, or changes.
  3. We may change or modify the content, or suspend or improve the service without notice, but we are under no obligation to do so.
  4. Users shall act at their own risk when using the Company's website, SNS, and the Service, and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any software or hardware failure, communication environment malfunction, trouble with a third party, virus infection, or any other damage resulting from such use. Article 11 (Contract Term and Termination)

  1. The term of validity of the Subscriber Agreement shall begin with the contract period specified at the time of application and shall end at the expiration of said period.
  2. If a user wishes to cancel the contract in the middle of the contract period, the user must apply for cancellation in the manner prescribed by our company. However, as a general rule, no refunds will be made for course fees already paid.
  3. If the Company determines that any of the following applies, the Company may immediately terminate the contract without notice to the user in question.

    • In the event of late or defaulted payment of course fees
    • Other cases in which we deem continued use to be inappropriate
